This customized decoration is completely owned by the customer. Compared with printing services, we will create a new mold according to your design. Provide your design layout and discuss the details with us. After confirming that there is no error, a new mold will be created for you. Decide the number of molds according to your demands. You have absolute copyright for this product. The design you provide to us will not be used again.
Notices and Process
STEP 1 Provide Your Design Drawing
To ensure that the lines and details engraved on the mold are consistent with your design. We will confirm with you the key points on the design drawing and the size of the finished product. Avoid the gap between product and design.
STEP 2 Mold Production
After confirming that the design draft is correct, we will start to manufacture the molds required for hot pressing. This is the most important part because it directly affects the finished product. We will confirm the final details with you. After paying the deposit, we will help you make the mold.
STEP 3 Hot Pressing Of Tapioca Starch
After we complete the mold manufacturing, it can be used in the machine. Choose tapioca as raw material to produce by hot pressing. Produce according to the quantity you need. The background color is light beige. According to your demand, you can change the one background color of the products. For safety, we dye with food coloring.
STEP 4 Delivery
Ex-work only. If you need to ship, you need to pay the freight.
